Garrath is a registered Psychologist (industrial) who holds Masters degrees in Industrial Psychology, Business Ethics and Strategy. Garrath is a results-oriented, versatile Industrial Psychologist. He brings extensive consulting, research and advisory experience in fields of leadership, strategy implementation, turnaround and change management. His primary interest includes diagnostics and changes intelligence.
Skilled in Career Development, HR Consulting, Coaching, Executive Coaching, and Organizational Development. Under his leadership, the business has completed over 120 assignments on five continents. He is a Guest lecturer at the University of Stellenbosch and is completing a Doctorate in Consulting Psychology.
Garrath has been published in Turnaround Management Perspectives (Wits Business School) and the South African Journal of Industrial Psychology and has lectured on the UNISA Open University MBA programme.
With an MCom in strategy, an MA in Industrial Psychology and an MPhil in Business Ethics, he specialises in how culture can be used as a lever to facilitate change in distressed organisations and the role of leadership and management practices in promoting change.

With an Honours degree in Sociology and Philosophy from Trinity College, Dublin, and an MADA degree from WITS, Saffron is often asked to address topics facing most businesses today.
